We recommend you select ‘eTicket – print-at-home’ delivery when purchasing your Pass, that way you can download and use your Pass immediately. Printed on your Pass will be a barcode number. This barcode number is your key to unlocking your five Writers tickets online.

To redeem your Take Five Pass

  1. Browse the website and shortlist the $19 Writers sessions you wish to redeem your Pass with. You can redeem all five tickets for one session, or split them across several sessions.
  2. Click the heart icon to open your shortlist, add each session to your cart, and click Buy Tickets.
  3. Enter the barcode number printed on your Pass in the relevant password/offer code field (see below) to unlock $0 tickets and complete your redemption.

Terms and conditions

Passes entitle you to redeem a total of five tickets for the $19 Writers sessions ONLY, within the 2020 New Zealand Festival of the Arts programme (subject to availability.)

Passes can only be redeemed online through Ticketmaster.

To redeem your Pass, download the print-at-home ticket following purchase, and enter the unique barcode number into the ‘Offer Code’ field online. This will unlock $0 tickets for any of the $19 Writers sessions (subject to availability.)

You may redeem your pass either fully or partially. Once all five tickets have been redeemed, the unique barcode number will expire.

Passes cannot be refunded, in part or in full. Tickets redeemed with the Pass cannot be refunded, even if a session is cancelled, but may be transferred to another eligible session (subject to availability.)
